How much is shipping?
Free over €150, otherwise €12 to anywhere in Europe.
How long does it take?
Two to five working days. Made-to-order furniture takes six weeks.
Do you ship outside Europe?
Not yet. We are working on it.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes, within 60 days, unused and in the original packing.
Who pays for the return?
We do, within Europe.
Care
Can ceramics go in the dishwasher?
Bowls and mugs, yes. Vases are best washed by hand.
How do I care for oak?
A little oil once a year. Read our guide in the journal.
Can wool be washed?
Air it outside instead. Wash on the wool program only when it really needs it.
